Celcom, Maxis, Digi accept MCMC's spectrum assignment offers

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 — Celcom Axiata, Maxis and Digi Telecommunications have accepted the offer from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for spectrum assignment.
